Farmers Insurance District 31 is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial professionals who are interested in building and growing their own insurance agency.
This opportunity is designed for people who want more than a traditional sales job. Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to operate within our local market area
Insurance experience is also helpful, but you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. We can help qualified candidates understand the licensing process.
As a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Build and own your own insurance business

Build relationships within your local community

Candidates who advance through the process will need to meet certain financial qualifications associated with agency ownership, including access to approximately $60,000 in capital .
