Reservationist / Transportation Dispatcher

TLC Luxury Transportation is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to think on their feet to join our Operations Team as a Dispatcher & Reservations Coordinator .

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The primary responsibility of this role is coordinating transportation operations and dispatch activities while also supporting reservations during evenings, weekends, after-hours periods, and whenever additional coverage is needed.

From last-minute itinerary updates and traffic delays to vehicle issues and client requests, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Communicate with drivers and operations staff to ensure on-time service
Assist guests, hotels, and event partners with transportation bookings
Coordinate customer requests with dispatch and operations teams
General Office Support
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily operations
Work within reservation and dispatch software systems
Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Data entry and computer skills (minimum 35 WPM)
Flexible schedule and open availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Experience in passenger transportation, motorcoach, limo, shuttle, or logistics operations
Knowledge of Las Vegas hotels, conventions, venues, and major events
Bilingual (Spanish or another language) a plus
Prior reservations or call center experience
