Head of Products - Remote

Location : United States ( Remote )

Project-Specific / Secondary: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Sales Dashboard & Analytics with 10+ years of experience to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of executive-level sales dashboards. This role will closely partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, conduct surveys, identify gaps in existing reporting, and propose meaningful dashboards and metrics that drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with sales metrics across product companies, building scalable dashboards, and bringing forward AI-driven insights to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales performance.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and discovery workshops to gather reporting requirements

Gap Analysis & Dashboard Strategy

Pipeline health and coverage

Funnel conversion and stage analysis

Win/Loss and deal analysis

Product line performance

Segment performance (region, industry, customer size)

Product Ownership - Dashboard Platform

Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams for delivery

Pipeline risk scoring

10+ years of experience in Product Management / Sales Analytics / BI Product roles

Experience conducting stakeholder surveys and requirement workshops
Experience building executive-level dashboards
Experience with Tableau / Power BI / Looker / Salesforce reporting
Experience with Salesforce data model

SQL / Databricks / modern data stack experience (good to have)
