Senior Recruiting Manager @ Ascendion, Inc. | 5x President's Club A well-regarded law firm in Orange County is seeking a mid-level Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role focuses on construction law and litigation , representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and other industry professionals in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, delay claims, payment issues, and surety matters.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney with solid construction law experience who wants to be part of a collaborative, litigation-focused team.
Responsibilities:
Handle a range of construction-related litigation matters , including contract disputes, delay claims, mechanics’ liens, and surety bond issues
Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related documents
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
3–7 years of litigation experience , with a strong focus on construction law
Experience with contract disputes, public and private construction projects, and related claims
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong courtroom and deposition experience preferred
Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
This is an in-office role based in Orange County ( minimum 3 days/week )
