Dialog CLUBHOUSE (1835 S. Sepulveda) is looking for a motivated and reliable Dishwasher / Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a dual role perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, keeping spaces organized, and helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services. You’ll play a key role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting daily operations. In addition to dishwashing, you will be fully trained as a Porter to assist with receiving deliveries, stocking, and organizing our storage areas.
Dishwashing: Help receive incoming deliveries, rotate stock using FIFO methods, and put away inventory efficiently.
Maintain clean, neat, and highly organized walk-ins, dry storage, and prep areas.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Support day-to-day operations by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and maintaining high standards for food safety and sanitation.
Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
Kitchen shifts include weekends and some holidays, with schedules shared in advance to help the team plan ahead.
