Travel Emergency Room Flex RN

Registered Nurse - Emergency (ER) travel assignment in a hospital setting in Grand Junction, Colorado, United States. Weekly pay: $1,931-$2,002 per week. Shift: Rotating.

• Contract duration: Shift: Rotating
• Hospital emergency department

Deliver family-centered, evidence-based emergency nursing care using the nursing process; develop and implement care plans with attention to patient and family preferences, values, and needs.

• coordinate care across transitions and provide developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive education.
• Function effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams; support shared decision-making and apply practices that minimize risks during handoffs and transitions of care.
• participate in quality improvement activities and identify opportunities to revise policies or practice guidelines as appropriate.
• Ensure safety through adherence to policies and procedures; recognize and report unsafe conditions and participate in routine documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Current RN license to practice in Colorado

• Bachelor's Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a hospital emergency department environment
• Additional demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within an inter-professional care team
