Highlights of the Server Position

A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).

Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.

Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills.

Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.

Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $17.50 to $19.50. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), flexible hours for better work‑life balance, employee assistance program.
