Head of Sales - Construction

We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead our building products sales efforts throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. This role is designed for a sales professional who wants to build and manage a territory of their own. The accounts you develop and the relationships you establish become the foundation of your book of business, and your ongoing career, with All South Building Center. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus incentive-based commission, structured to reward the relationships you build and the business you generate over time.

Founded in 2022, All South Building Center is one of the Upstate SC and Northeast GA's fastest growingsuppliers of construction supplies and building materials for building professionals and residential contractors. We are headquartered in Anderson, SC and service the surrounding region. We supply windows, doors, mill-work, lumber, and outdoor living products to commercial, residential, and renovation contractors as well as individuals seeking to complete their own projects. Comprehensive training from our in-house product experts, so you are equipped with real product knowledge from day one; prior building materials experience is helpful but not required

The support of an experienced leadership team and a dedicated fulfillment staff, so you can focus on selling and serving your accounts

Own and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, in partnership with sales leadership

Prospect, qualify, and win new accounts across commercial, residential, and renovation contractors in your market

Generate new business through professional events, job site visits, and relationship-building in your territory

Serve as a trusted, solutions-based partner to customers from first contact through the life of the relationship

Partner with our fulfillment and operations team to make sure every order lands on time and on budget

Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and account history in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

Stay sharp on our full product line so you can solve problems, not just sell materials

3+ years of experience as a sales representative, with a track record of results

Proven success in material supply sales, or a strong consultative/relationship-based sales background

Comfort with basic computer skills and CRM platforms

Experience, know-how, or an existing network in building materials or construction

Established relationships with residential or commercial contractors in Upstate SC or Northeast Georgia

Familiarity with the bid process for construction and renovation projects

A background calling on job sites, not just offices - comfort in the field is a plus

Support from an experienced leadership team and dedicated fulfillment staff

The ideal candidate will live in or around Anderson, Greenville, Clemson, Easley, or the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area and will be responsible for developing customer relationships and driving sales throughout the region.
