Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus overlooking picturesque Spring Lake in Dassel, MN, is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering up to a $10,000 Bonus!

There are Full-Time (Evening) benefit eligible positions available. We are also hiring On Call-Nurses at this time.

LPN Wage Range: $24.96 to $31.03

Hours: 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm

What does a Nurse require?

Must have MN LPN or RN License and be in good standing.

Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

What does a Nurse do?

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary.

Performs additional duties as required.
