We are seeking one or more psychotherapists to join our collaborative clinical team and provide high-quality, culturally responsive, patient-centered care to diverse populations across the lifespan. Psychotherapists who specialize in child, adolescent, adult, and elder care are welcome.

Starting this month, we at CCCC will be hosting a live, virtual specialized training on Psychodynamic Therapy, free for our therapists. This nine month training, led by our own Dr. We look to nurture and invest in helping you become a more skilled, confident, and specialized clinician through curated, high-impact training opportunities and ongoing clinical development.

Dedicated Administrative Support. Our administrative team manages many of the operational demands of practice—including scheduling, billing, credentialing, insurance coordination, and patient support—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Insurance credentialing, contracting, and authorization

Insurance billing, claims, and collections

Electronic health record support

Dedicated intakes, billing, and administrative staff for support

Office space, equipment, and routine supplies, as available

Psychotherapist responsibilities include:

Treatment planning — Establish goals with clients, monitor progress, modify treatment when needed, and make referrals when another service is more appropriate.

Client safety — Assess and respond appropriately to risks such as suicide, self-harm, abuse, violence, or other urgent concerns, following applicable laws and professional standards.

Documentation — Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant communications.

Priority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations
