Recruiter Coordinator-Human Resources

Salary: USD25 - USD30 per hour
Position Summary The Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator supports the recruitment and placement of qualified professionals throughout North Carolina. The position requires consistent candidate follow-up, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to use Monday.com and spreadsheets to manage applicants, vacancies, and staffing needs.
Primary Responsibilities Post job openings on Indeed, social media, and other approved recruiting platforms.
Source and contact qualified candidates for available positions.
Review applications and resumes to determine whether candidates meet position requirements.
Conduct initial telephone screenings and coordinate interviews.
Collect each candidate's availability, preferred work locations, experience, and qualifications.
Match qualified candidates with consumers based on location, schedule, experience, and service needs.
Enter and maintain accurate applicant information in Monday.com.
Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to organize, filter, track, and report applicant information.
Update candidate statuses and document recruitment activity promptly.
Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Coordinate with management, payroll, training, and clinical staff regarding candidate progress.
Assist candidates with required documents, background checks, training, and other requirements.
Maintain organized electronic recruiting records and protect confidential information.
Provide regular reports on vacancies, candidate pipelines, interviews, and successful placements.
Follow agency recruiting procedures and complete assigned tasks by established deadlines.
Required Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative support.
Working knowledge of Monday.com or a similar applicant tracking or project management system.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to sort, filter, update, and maintain spreadsheet information accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates at the same time.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
Professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of recruiting or staffing experience.
Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, IDD, or direct support services.
Experience using Indeed and other online candidate sourcing platforms.
Familiarity with applicant screening, background checks, onboarding, and credentialing requirements.
Experience matching employees with consumers based on schedule and geographic location.
Performance Expectations The employee is expected to maintain current applicant records, communicate consistently with candidates and staff, keep Monday.com and recruiting spreadsheets updated, and help fill open positions with qualified professionals in a timely manner.
