Marketing & Communications (Graphic Design)

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. In this role, you’ll design impactful print and digital assets for a wide range of audiences—customers, transportation partners, the community, and current and future employees. Manage multiple projects and timelines with precision and initiative

Design a wide range of marketing materials: print collateral, promotional items, logos, direct mail, t-shirts, intranet banners, and digital graphics

Create mockups and final artwork for campaigns across websites, landing pages, microsites, and mobile apps

Develop front-end HTML for email campaigns

Maintain and update the company website

Stay ahead of design trends, fonts, and color palettes to keep our visuals fresh

Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

2+ years of professional design experience

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)

Proficiency in HTML and email marketing platforms

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
