Travel Nurse Home Health RN Day Shift Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Ukiah, California. This travel, temporary assignment starts September 14, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,756 to $1,916 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (05:00–17:30) with weekend rotation. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care

Collect relevant data, analyze assessment information, and determine care issues to inform the plan of care

Develop and implement a care plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment

Supervise and direct duties of various levels of nursing staff; delegate appropriately and coordinate interdisciplinary care

participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care

Requirements Current California RN license (active)

BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor per facility policy

ACLS certification from an approved vendor per facility policy

PALS certification from an approved vendor per facility policy

Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg/acute care experience

Ability to work in a hospital setting and meet the shift/weekend requirements
