You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and have the opportunity to make an impact across multiple offices as the firm's tax practice continues its impressive growth.What You'll DoPrepare and review a variety of individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate tax returns.Review work prepared by staff and offshore teams, providing guidance and ensuring quality and accuracy.Collaborate with professionals across multiple office locations to support client engagements.Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to add value for clients.Mentor junior team members and help develop best practices within the growing tax department.Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.CPA, EA or CPA/EA-track preferred.3+ years of public accounting tax experience.Strong technical tax knowledge with both preparation and review experience.Rapidly growing Tax & Accounting division with significant investment in future expansion.Collaborative environment where you'll work with professionals across multiple offices and offshore support teams.Competitive compensation package with a base salary up to $125,000 plus up to 15–20% annual bonus potential.
