Position SummaryAs the Valet Attendant you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As a Valet Attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. The Valet Attendant reports directly to Parkwell’s Project Manager at the site you are placed.ScheduleThis can be a full or part-time position (+/- 32 hours or more each week). Night and weekend availability are required.Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training.Verifies ownership of vehicles - keys for claim check.Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions.Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager.The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
