Head of Programme Management

SNI USA Inc

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client to hire a Program Services Assistant within the nonprofit sector. This program supports individuals in need by connecting them with services that promote both nutrition and social connection.

Provide intake services, reassessments, referrals, and ongoing case management support
Respond to client inquiries via phone and assist with program information, eligibility, enrollment, and navigation of services
Connect clients to community resources including housing, SNAP benefits, healthcare, and other support services
Ensure accurate, confidential documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Customer service experience
~ Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office
