Head of Service Management

Lead & Coach: Manage and develop a team of HVAC and Plumbing service technicians (and dispatch as applicable) through regular one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and weekly technical training

Troubleshoot any hurdles in real-time to prevent project delays and foster a culture where we get it right the first time

Drive the service department’s success - from revenue and margins to average ticket size and membership growth

Champion the 5-Star Experience: Ensure every call results in a happy customer and a glowing review by minimizing callbacks and maximizing first-call resolutions

Optimize Operations: Use ServiceTitan to run clear scorecards and improve processes so trucks roll on time and issues are resolved fast

Partner with Install, Sales, and Office teams to ensure a seamless \"TR Miller experience\" for every homeowner

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (one Saturday a month is expected during peak season)

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/annually plus bonus(based on experience)

A strong understanding of service metrics (revenue, margins, average ticket, and conversion)

Strong ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations with customers and technicians with empathy and professionalism

Strong ability to inspire and lead a service team with a focus on \"trust and integrity\"

Must be comfortable riding in a vehicle for extended periods and participating in ride-alongs with technicians in the field
