Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing.

As an Integrated Marketing Manager , you will develop and coordinate multi-channel marketing strategies that bring together paid media, SEO, content, social media, email, and other digital channels into cohesive campaigns. You will ensure that each channel supports the broader marketing strategy while maintaining consistent messaging, targeting, and customer experiences.

This role is highly collaborative and requires strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. You will work across specialist teams and with clients to turn business objectives into coordinated marketing programs.

Develop integrated marketing strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, and growth goals.

Coordinate campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, social media, email, and other relevant channels.

Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and customer experience across marketing touchpoints.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep campaigns moving from planning through execution.

Monitor campaign performance and work with channel specialists to identify optimization opportunities.

Use customer, market, and campaign insights to refine marketing strategies and priorities.

4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of multiple digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content, social, and email.
• Experience planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance and making strategic decisions.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency, campaign management platforms, marketing automation, CRM systems, customer journey strategy, or integrated B2B marketing.
