Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team based at Eventide on Eighth while providing therapy services across several skilled nursing communities throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, and functional independence
Provide rehabilitation services at Eventide on Eighth and other Blue Stone Therapy partner communities throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota and/or North Dakota
