Evaluate patients, develop plans and goals, and implement treatment programs to improve physical or developmental dysfunction and independence in activities of daily living. Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals. Educate and instruct patients, families, and others regarding home programs and preventive measures. Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and department in a timely manner. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Participate in educational programs, in‑services, and meetings as required. Participate on special project teams and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred). New Mexico License of Physical Therapy required. BLS required at time of hire. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
