Counselor - Full Time Temporary

We are seeking a Benefits Counselor for a hybrid contract opportunity supporting employees during the annual benefits enrollment period. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people understand important benefits information, navigate enrollment questions, and receive accurate support during a busy seasonal period.

As a Benefits Counselor, you will join a large, well-organized seasonal team with paid training, supportive leadership, and a structured environment designed to help you succeed. Fluent English/Spanish bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Troubleshoot website, login, and basic navigation issues while guiding users through online tools.

Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and follow-up actions in multiple systems.

Deliver professional, patient, and accurate customer service in a high-volume contact center environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Completion bonus available for employees who meet attendance and quality expectations.

Contract assignment scheduled to start in early August and run through December 31.

Hybrid schedule based in Lake Mary, FL, with three days onsite and two days remote.

Paid training provided (Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM EST).

Training includes three weeks of classroom training followed by one week of nesting before moving into production.

Work schedule requires flexibility Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST.

Overtime may be required from October through December.

Occasional Saturdays may be required during peak enrollment season.

Top-performing hybrid employees may be considered for full-time opportunities after the project.
