Home Health Care Nurse, (LPN)

Secured Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their own homes. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
Previous home health, home care, or community nursing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
