Reports to: Service Manager

Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Manage cash, credit card transactions, and operate credit card machines.

Count and balance cash, credit card receipts, and other forms of payment at the beginning and end of each shift.

Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area and surrounding environment.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card machines.
