We're looking for a caring, dependable Housekeeper to join our team at Episcopal Homes, where we work together to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Housekeeper, you'll help make our nursing home feel like home-keeping everything tidy, sanitized, and comfortable for the people who live and work here.

Wage/Expected Hours of Work:

$19.00-$21.00/hr.

Full time (40 hours/week) 1.0 FTE

Monday-Friday & every other weekend 6:30am-2:30pm

What You’ll Do: Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and inviting

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility

Take out trash and recycling and restock supplies like toilet paper and soap

Follow cleaning checklists and daily schedules to stay on track

Use cleaning products safely and follow our health and safety guidelines

Help prevent the spread of illness by sticking to infection control procedures

Report any maintenance or safety concerns you notice during your shift

Treat residents with kindness and respect while working in their spaces

Work closely with a friendly team and support one another each day

What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a heart for helping others

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful, especially in healthcare settings-but we're happy to train the right person

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and with a team

Good attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work

Comfortable being on your feet, bending, and lifting during your shift

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

Minimum Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
