Hilton Hotel Cook

As the Cook III, you will help to prepare appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts, and other food items. Work all stations on hot line, setting up, and executing through service hours.

Prepare appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, desserts and other food items.

Maintain 100% quality food production at all times.

Meeting timing of food items as required by guest/supervisor.

Maintain, organize and rotate inventory.

Timely and complete set up of culinary equipment.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Maintain and project a positive attitude.

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have basic equipment knowledge and maintenance.

Must have basic understanding of sanitation and safety knowledge. Culinary education preferred.

Prior experience in similar position in hotel environment preferred.
