Head of Product Management- REMOTE

The Product Manager will join Verifi's established Product, Design, and Engineering team.?work closely with senior product leaders, designers, engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to discover customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver valuable software solutions.?

-Customer & Market Discovery:
~ Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through interviews, research, data analysis, and feedback collection.

Define requirements, write user stories, maintain product backlogs, and help prioritize work by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences, including new insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, release activities, and ongoing coordination to help ensure successful delivery.

-Performance & Continuous Improvement:

• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and track product impact.
• Bachelor's Degree: Product Management, Computer Science, STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math. Curious and customer-focused, with a desire to understand how users work and what problems they need solved.?
• Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and prioritization.?

-In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 20% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $122,400 to $189,600.- Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
