Member Service Representative
Hybrid Schedule - 100% On-site until release to hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week)

Training Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm CST

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.

Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.

Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)

No Time Off during training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
