Mortgage Originator, Full Time

The Mortgage Loan Originator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for generating and managing a pipeline of mortgage loan applications, including purchase, refinance, and cash‑out transactions. Day‑to‑day activities include meeting with prospective clients, assessing borrower needs, collecting and analyzing financial documentation, and presenting appropriate loan products. The Mortgage Loan Originator will coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams, while ensuring all applications comply with lending regulations and company policies. Demonstrated experience in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending, with the ability to guide borrowers from initial inquiry through closing.

Knowledge of Underwriting principles and Loans, including analyzing income, credit, and collateral to match clients with suitable mortgage products.

Solid understanding of Finance concepts relevant to residential mortgages, interest rates, and lending regulations.

Proficiency with mortgage origination software and standard office productivity tools.

Current or eligible state mortgage loan originator license and NMLS registration, in accordance with applicable regulations.
