High school diploma or GED required; At least 8 years running manual or CNC machines, lathes, or mills (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
Able to lift materials and stay on your feet through the shift.
Study blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools or assemblies.
Read and interpret OEM maintenance manuals for repair of parts.
Research new methods to utilize current manufacturing equipment, or propose new equipment to help improve quality, shorten turnaround time, and create a cost-effective future.
Ensure all product documentation is complete and properly filled out, including traveler, first article/inspection reports, etc.
Perform necessary office duties in a timely and efficient manner, including assistance to engineering, quality, and other departments within the company.
Regularly perform routine maintenance on shop equipment ( i.e. check and add oil or filter).
