Part‑time position. Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires maintaining the price file, ensuring shelf tag accuracy, and the signs for the entire store.

Personal Skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to complete required training and collaborate with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Education/Experience - High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (in English); write simple correspondence; present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings to customers, clients, and associates who speak only English.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Completion of Company training, including new‑hire orientation, customer service network, safety, scanning coordinator technical skills training, and Scanning Coordinator certification.

Work Environment - Occasionally exposed to wet, hot, or cold conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals; Davidson, North Carolina, Store 471 - Renaissance Square
