We're looking for someone to help our company reach the highest levels of success in team care and development. Leadership & Team Management Lead, manage, and retain a high-performing team to achieve project and departmental goals. Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring timely arrival at all project sites and adherence to project schedules. Project Management & Scheduling Estimate projects in a timely manner from the date of request. Develop and manage project timelines and schedules, coordinate work order distribution to subcontractors, and ensure all scopes of work are executed efficiently. Approve billing on project scope sheets and enter projected revenue into the system for accurate projection reporting.
Meet or exceed all operational goals and metrics while upholding company standards across every project.
Documentation & Reporting Complete all paperwork both hard copy and digital accurately and in a timely manner. Send daily email updates with accurate project information, maintain thorough records of all expenses, receipts, and job notes, and input time accurately into the time management system. Report all updates, issues, and questions to the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager promptly.
Customer Experience Champion a high standard of professionalism and accountability across all projects to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Minimum 2 Years Xactimate and/or Time & Materials Estimating (Preferred)
