Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Pay Range: $35-45/hour

Job Description: Full-Time School LPN (1-1) – Lakewood, WA | $35-45/hour | 26-27 School Year

Position Details Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)

Assignment: 1-1 position for student with trach and g tube needs

Start Date: Sept 2, 2026 for the 26-27 SY

Schedule may include bus riding

About the Role Hello, LPNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for students in Lakewood, WA. This role focuses on supporting medically fragile student and/or diabetic students 1-1 throughout the school day, potentially including transportation needs. What You’ll Do Providenursing support to students in school

Assist with safe transfers, including on/off the school bus

Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs

Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Support student access to school throughout the day

What We’re Looking For Active Washington State LPN license (DOH) or Compact Multi-State Nursing License

Experience with trach care, G-tube required

Must have current car registration and Passport or Enhanced Driver’s License

Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check

Reliable, attentive, and comfortable in a pediatric setting
