Marietta, GA — We’re a growing digital printing and sign center looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day production across digital printing, signage, design, finishing/bindery, and related technology while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and excellent customer service. Work closely with an experienced crew to run and maintain a variety of equipment, prioritize the production queue, and troubleshoot workflow issues. You’ll also coordinate vendor relationships and manage complex projects and supply‑chain needs to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key traits: organized, process‑oriented, tech‑savvy, team player, and customer‑focused. Experience in print or sign production, production scheduling, and basic project/vendor management preferred.

Creates and maintains a customer‑first, winning culture to carry out the vision and plans of the business on a day‑to‑day basis

Communicates with employees on performance, safety requirements, and enforces company procedures/policies

Manages costs in order to achieve budget in the areas of materials, payroll, and other variable expenses

Purchases materials, supplies and equipment, while controlling the workflow of inventory and use of equipment to support the needs of the business

Functions in a fast‑paced environment, under time constraints, while meeting the objectives set by the business for revenue and profit

Communicates on a personal level to inspire commitment and trust

This is a salaried role, Monday through Friday

Minimum of 5 years printing, graphic arts and digital design experience. Strong understanding of technology, specifically printing and design software, web‑to‑print and POS

Experience with business‑to‑business sales and relationships

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Prepress and RIP software
