Processing Operations Lead — Food Plant & Safety

· Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments --- Skills and Knowledge: · Computer skills: complex spreadsheets and powerful yet simple presentations

• Teambuilding and the ability to work through others to accomplish tasks
• Basic human psychology
• Management and coaching skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements and guidelines necessary to operate a raw processing facility and an understanding of HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs
• In-depth knowledge of facility operations, people, products, equipment, and procedures
