Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time) Evenings and Weekends

$15.00 per hour | Part-Time | 15–20 hours per week

Shottenkirk Auto Group is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to support our Chevrolet and Kia dealerships in Quincy, IL. Both locations sit directly across the street from each other on N 24th St, so you'll split your time between the two — no long commute, just a quick walk across the street! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a flexible schedule in a professional, friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Support staff across both dealership locations as needed

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Friendly, dependable, and punctual

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

Flexible availability preferred (days/evenings/weekends)
