About The Role The role owns day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and talent programs, partnering with managers to scale healthy, high-performing teams. The HR Generalist ensures compliance, optimizes people processes, and shapes an exceptional employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance in Rippling or Workday
Partner with department leads to coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
Drive performance review cycles, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys
Analyze HR metrics and turnover data to recommend operational improvements and policy updates
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to align recruiting strategies with broader workforce planning goals
What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist in a fast-paced technology environment
Demonstrated expertise in US labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance
Hands-on experience administering modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, Workday) and ATS tools
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-management skills with high emotional intelligence
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification, and experience scaling remote teams
