LPN Floor Nurse - Assisted Living

Job Description Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurse to join our Health & Wellness team. In this role, you will support residents with medication administration, daily care needs, and overall wellness while helping create a safe, home-like environment. You will also provide oversight to care associates and act as a mentor within the community.
Provide medication assistance or administration according to state requirements
Support residents with ADLs, treatments, environmental orientation, and care while encouraging independence
Receive and give shift reports; Observe and report changes in resident condition, needs, or preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Act as a lead trainer and mentor for Care Partners and other associates
Assist with move-ins, service plan conferences, and coordination of care with ancillary providers
Uphold Pegasus Senior Living’s mission of dignity, privacy, independence, and choice for all residents
Current LVN/LPN or RN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving seniors
