About Stratton Amenities: As a leading provider of premium concierge services, Stratton Amenities is committed to delivering an unparalleled experience for our associates, tenants, and clients in bustling office building environments.
This role requires adaptability to a somewhat flexible schedule, depending on property events and needs.
Demonstrates a proven track record in Guest and Tenant Service Excellence.
Possesses a deep understanding of premium customer service standards.
A proactive attitude with creative problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule for event management.
Exceed tenants' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Log guest packages, ensure timely delivery, and conduct package inventory audits.
Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras for tenant safety and security.
Manage access control, ensuring only authorized entry.
21–$23 per hour
