Anticipated Hiring Range - $36,544 - $52,989 (based on 30 hours/week)

Part/Full Time - Part Time

Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as applicable in support of recruitment functions.

The USC College of Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic, creative, and relationship-driven professional to lead student recruitment and engagement efforts across our undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience - Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

The successful candidate will have to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the federal student aid verification and file review process, FAA Access to CPS system, and the associated University financial aid policies and procedures. Job Duty - Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days, prospective student tours, etc. Prepare, train and support the efforts of recruitment partners including student ambassadors, alumni ambassadors, faculty, and other staff.

Job Duty - Create recruitment and marketing materials to educate prospective students and others about the pharmacy profession and the job opportunities available to those who complete the college's pre-professional, professional, and graduate programs. Create content appropriate for web and social media marketing for the college's professional and graduate programs.

Maintains ongoing communication with interested prospects to ensure their continued engagement and to support them through the application process. Assess recruitment efforts and strategies to allow informed prioritization of work.

Job Duty - Identify high schools, secondary education institutions, and other entities as key recruitment partners. Develop strategic partnerships, including affiliation agreements, to support the college's recruitment efforts. Identify alumni and other pharmacy professionals to expand and support the recruitment efforts of the college.
