Associate II - Semiconductor Product Validation

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician with experience in thermal cooling systems and mechanical assemblies for servers and electronic equipment. Cooling assemblies for servers and electronic systems

• Work with Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and associated thermal equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of:

o Valves
Support integration and testing of air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems for:
o Semiconductor/chip cooling applications

• Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, and thermal validation activities.
• Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for system builds, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and records related to assembly and maintenance activities.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Hands-on experience in thermal equipment and cooling systems.
• Experience handling and maintaining CDUs (Cooling Distribution Units).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in fluid and thermal systems.
• Ability to work with mechanical components including pumps, valves, tubing, filters, and flow meters.
• Knowledge of thermal interface materials, cooling loops, and heat transfer concepts is preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow SOPs/work instructions.
• Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
