We are a family‑owned business that values our employees beyond just paying them for work. Provide exemplary customer service to in‑person and over the phone customers

Answer and resolve customer questions using component and product knowledge of replacement parts and systems for all product lines

Promote all merchandising specials, advertisement, and product lines awareness to customers to drive units per sale

Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments

Partner with Sales and Service department to fulfill customer orders

Assist in parts display merchandising, warehouse maintenance and department housekeeping to include shipping and receiving parts orders

Adhere to all GTR policies and procedures for pricing, loss inventory prevention and tracking loss sales

Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts preferred

Basic computer skills to include Outlook and Microsoft Office suite

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift operation experience preferred

2+ years' experience as a Parts Counter person or similar position preferred
