LAZ Parking is hiring Valet Attendants with top notch customer service to join our team No experience necessary

Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal work, we have you covered! This job opportunity is suitable for someone who is retired, semi-retired or a college student. The average hourly rate of $14/hr- $18/hr (rate includes cash tips)

Compensation: The hourly base pay is $10 - $12 per hour plus tips

Location: Luxury Hotels in Downtown Austin, Texas

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm & 3:00pm - 11:00pm Part-time & Full-time positions available (days and shifts vary); looking for candidates with flexible schedules

A LAZ Valet Parking Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. Park and retrieve cars like a champ. Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face!

Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.

Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure.

Turn off each car and remove keys.

Provide each customer with a valet ticket and provide retrieval process.

Must be able to work with or without supervision.

Promote awesome customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, make them love LAZ Parking the moment they meet you.

You're charismatic, full of energy, and happy to help in any way you can.

A good driver with a driving record to prove it. Good at communicating and have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.

You're open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Strong customer service experience.

Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.

Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.

Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
