Estimator Senior/Construction

Our team is driven by innovation, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. We're looking for a Senior Estimator who shares our passion for precision, collaboration, and leadership.
As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preconstruction and estimating efforts for a variety of projects across Connecticut. Lead bid process from pre-bid through post-bid scope reviews and contract award.
Manage and maintain subcontractor/vendor relationships and solicit competitive bids.
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bid proposals.
Provide a detailed, informed hand-off of the estimate for awarded projects to Project Management.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, or Construction Science.
Strong understanding of local construction market, codes, and costs in Connecticut.
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) and MS Office.
