Head of Project Sales

Position Summary: The Project Manager will support the sales team in delivering high-quality, timely solutions for our clients. This role involves collaboration with internal departments and the maintenance of external client and vendor relationships to ensure project success. The Project Manager will play a critical role in cultivating new and repeat business by providing detailed support essential for project execution.Maintain effective, healthy, and interactive relationship with all Sales team staffDevelop accurate estimates for all custom jobs using internal tools and provide them to the Sales team promptlyOrganize and maintain accurate pricing and offerings from all suppliers to ensure the most up-to-date information is availableBe able to interpret and decipher frame build drawings for all client graphic needsAccurately and efficiently enter all Sales Order details into the system to reflect the project scopeInitiate and maintain relationships with each client to specify project timelines, define task deadlines, and obtain payments based on clients’ termsCollaborate with outside vendors for necessary services (e.g., I&D, Freight, Furniture, Flooring, LED) to book services and ensure high-quality performanceWork closely with internal departments to gather necessary information, set deadlines, and complete tasks on timeAddress issues as they arise with a solutions-oriented approach and a positive mindsetUse internal systems and software efficiently to ensure proper access to project files and maintain redundancyPerform other duties as assignedredundancyPerform other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:College degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of customer service experience; order entry, project coordination or management experience preferredDetail Oriented, organized with high respect to following processesGreat internal and external written and verbal communicationUnderstands how to time manage and prioritize tasks based on urgencyGood Collaborator with a team and with the customerSelf-Starter able to adapt to multiple ERP/CRM systems and processesMulti-tasker and able to adapt to changing needs dailyAbility to think quickly, make decisions and solve problemsWorking Conditions:Position is in our Buford officeAbility to stand, walk, bend throughout the workdayMight be called upon to respond to customer inquiries outside of normal business hours
