Porter / Maintenance / Cleaning

Moreno & Associates, Inc. is a family owned and operated commercial building maintenance contractor founded in Silicon Valley in 1993. We are a leading building maintenance company that provides various facility services including but not limited to: Janitorial, Painting and Specialty Coatings, Handyman, Graffiti Abatement, Floor Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, Construction Cleaning, and Cleanroom Maintenance.

This Position is Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30AM - 3:00PM.

This position supports the operations department by performing essential janitorial tasks. Our priority is ensuring the successful completion of building cleaning fostering an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment. Basic knowledge of standard janitorial duties, cleaning techniques, products, and equipment preferred.

Must be able to read and interpret documents such as but not limited to safety data sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.

Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.

Reach above and below shoulder height, constant walking, standing in one place for long periods, bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, etc.

Use cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mop buckets, and floor buffers.

Work in varying temperature environments (internal and external building parts).

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
