• Develop efficient manufacturing methods and labor utilization standards.
• Recommend improvements for personnel, material, and utility utilization.
• Plan and sequence operations to maximize efficiency in production.
• Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
• Coordinate quality control activities to resolve production issues and enhance reliability.
• Estimate production costs and assess design changes for management review.
• Design layouts for equipment and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.

**Proficiency in engineering drawings, design techniques, and technical plans.

• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Experience with engineering software such as MS Visual Basic, MS Project, and ABAQUS.

**Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• Over 2 years of experience in ergonomic analysis and risk assessments.
• Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry or related fields.
• At least 1 year of Digital Human Modeling experience, with PS Human or Siemens Jack preferred.
• Proven ability to organize and execute manufacturing projects.
• Ability to understand customer needs and adapt to changing priorities.
