Lemon Law Attorney - Remote / Lucrative Comp/ Path to Partnership Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 per year
A rapidly growing California consumer rights litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a dynamic civil litigation caseload focused on consumer warranty matters. This opportunity offers substantial autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth potential within a modern, tech-forward environment. Attorneys are supported by an established pipeline of cases and are not expected to generate their own business.

Job Details Responsibilities Manage cases from complaint through resolution, including motions, depositions, mediations, settlements, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
