The Prep Cook Role

The Prep Cook helps bring our menu to life by preparing fresh ingredients, keeping kitchen stations stocked, and supporting smooth line execution. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in an active, fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in organization, consistency, and great food.

Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients

Support line cooks and keep stations stocked

Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high-volume a plus)

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team players with a passion for great food

AM/PM and Mid-day shifts available.

Part time to 40 hours available per person.
