STARR Restaurants at The Nora Hotel
STARR Restaurants is proud to partner with BD Hotels on the opening of The Nora Hotel in Fall 2026. As one of the country’s leading multi-concept hospitality groups, STARR operates more than 40 restaurants across five states, including Michelin-starred destinations and iconic brasseries. At The Nora Hotel, STARR will lead all food and beverage operations, including the West Palm Beach debut of Pastis, rooftop dining, in-room service, and original hotel concepts. Together, this partnership will create a property designed not just as a hotel, but as the social and culinary anchor of the NORA District.
The team is currently seeking talented Prep Cooks who are interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Prep Cook
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Ability to manage a station from prep to service
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
- Full-time availability – including weekend availability is desired
