Overview Wellness Nurse
Aegis Living Mercer Island is looking for a Nurse to provide quality care to our residents.
We will give our Nurses set schedules with the option of flexibility, a focus on being a clinical expert on the floor, and a clear career growth path.
The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health‑care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents. Our Nurses will provide clinical expertise to our senior residents with ongoing assessments and monitoring the health and well‑being of our residents.
Aegis Living Mercer Island is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Our nurses are supported by a team of Caregivers, Medication Technicians, and our Health Services Director.
Wednesday - Saturday 8:30am - 7pm

Wound care
Provide nursing services to residents
Communication with families and physicians
Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments
Hands‑on nursing care
Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians
Communicate care plan changes to staff
Participate in training of care staff
RN / LPN License that is active and in good standing
